Marshfield Housing Authority commissioners voted unanimously Monday to approve the agency's fiscal year 2027 annual plan and authorize its submission to the state by July 31. Brouillard noted the submission timeline was unusually compressed: state software changes pushed all June-fiscal-year housing authorities onto the same schedule as September fiscal-year authorities, giving Marshfield roughly 48 days to complete a process that normally begins in January.
