Marshfield Conservation Commission orders a March 1 drainage fix on Texas Street after an abutter alleges unpermitted road work. Abutter James F. Creed Jr. told commissioners the applicant raised the road grade up to 40 inches without installing required drainage, saying "I would say you have basis to revoke the order." Builder Sarah Velarde said the culvert and trench components were delayed from an out-of-state manufacturer but pledged the commission "we're more than happy to put that in as soon as we can." Separately, commissioners declined to fast-track Safe Harbor Marina's Green Harbor electrical upgrade at 239 Dike Road, asking for a formal filing instead.
