Marshfield Planning Board closes Tanner Hill Subdivision hearing, schedules final vote for March 16. Chairman Michael Biviano Jr. led the board through a detailed review of revised engineering plans for the proposed subdivision at 431 Moraine Street, where the applicant's engineer addressed DPW comments from reviewer Charlie Swanson, including a corrected road entry grade on Moraine Street, added stormwater catch basin grates, and a planting plan. Planning staff circulated a draft decision proposing approval with five of six waivers, holding back action on an intersection-spacing waiver pending a state review of the Walnut Street realignment.
Vice Chairman Katharine O'Donnell raised concerns about demolishing a barn section for a reserved paper street that may never connect through wetlands to abutting land owned by Sue Larkin. The board also unanimously continued special permit hearings for the Brant Rock Pavilion and 745 Webster Street, the latter represented by Stenbeck and Taylor, both to March 16 at 7:05 p.m.
