MARSHFIELD -- Eight property transfers were recorded in Marshfield between June 19 and July 18, 2026, but only half of them listed a sale price in the deed, leaving much of the period's market activity undocumented in public records.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Ocean Street accounted for two of the eight recorded transfers, at 27 Ocean St. and 683 Ocean St., though only the former disclosed a price. The remaining six transfers were spread across six different streets: Planting Fields Road, Fairways Edge Drive, Moraine Street, Webster Street, Harlow Road, and one Marshfield property recorded without a listed street address. One transfer, 167 Planting Fields Rd., listed a construction company, Thomas A. Calcagni Construction Corp., as seller, with David M. Seoane as buyer; no price was disclosed.
