Sparse Pricing Data Leaves Much Of Marshfield's Late-Summer Home Market Unclear
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 12 Marshfield property transfers recorded between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only five carry a sale price so far. Five of the seven unpriced transfers involve the same family name on both sides of the deed or a transfer into a family trust. With more than half the period's sales still awaiting a price, the data available so far doesn't support a read on whether the market favored buyers or sellers.
