Marshfield Records Eight Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Marshfield recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only five listed a sale price, ranging from $600 to $905 with a median of $689. The month's top disclosed sale was a $905 transfer on Ireland Road from Gary and Varina Bednarz to Bethany Lucas and Seth Wulsin. Three other transfers, on Saginaw Avenue, Carlton Road and Flagler Drive, moved property among the same family members or into a trust and carried no disclosed price. With more than a third of deeds lacking price data and no two sales sharing a street, the dataset offers a limited basis for reading overall market conditions this period.
