Marshfield recorded nine deed transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carried a sale price so far, ranging from $565,000 to $900,000 with a median of $895,000. The remaining six were nominal-consideration transfers under $10,000, several involving family trusts, including transactions on Elm Street, Cedar Acres Road, Webster Avenue and Ocean Street. The top sale was 62 Maryland St. at $900,000, sold by Kelly and Ryan Keough to William and Terri Flanagan. With just three priced sales recorded, the data shows a quiet period for Marshfield's market, though additional prices may still post as recent filings catch up.
