Marshfield Zoning Board tightens affordability rules on Bridle Crossing condos, 5-0. Attorney Amy Quesel told the board she added a "springing" affordable restriction so town-recorded affordability rules take over if the state subsidizing agency's restriction ever expires, calling it "kind of a belt and suspenders thing." The board also shifted septic-maintenance responsibility to the project's condominium association rather than a homeowner's association and confirmed a $56,000 affordability figure in the file, reviewed by Ed Pesci, matched the unit count rather than being arbitrary. Chair Brian Murphy's board also continued three pending cases, including South Shore Habitat for Humanity's petition to January 27 and two Bruce Family Trust cases to February 10, and approved a minor modification for a Damon's Point Circle homeowner sliding a house out of the flood zone.
