The month's top transaction was a $1.5 million sale at 552 Forest St. on July 22. Three additional transfers, on Eastward Lane, Leland Road and a third Marshfield property, were recorded for nominal consideration and are not counted among the sales figures. With just four priced sales and no repeated streets, the limited data does not support characterizing the period as particularly active or slow.
